He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Herman Cogan and Esther Cogan; his sister Arlene Bradley; his nephew Randy Bradley (Cheryl); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Randy Bradley Jr. and Devon Allan Herron; and his significant other Merle Horwitz.

In lieu of flowers, contributions to the American Cancer Society would be appreciated.
