He is survived by: his daughters, Kathi Zambo (Donny Villiard), Teresa Knackstadt and Sheryl Kittelson (Terrence); his sister Karen Ellington (Jim); his stepchildren, Dean Sanderson (Juliet) and Lisa Matheson (Brad); his grandchildren, Kassondra (Michael), Devin, Michelle, Kimberly, Timothy, Katelyn, Patrick, Steven, Matthew and Benjamin; and his nephew Bill Stein (Melody).
