With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John F. McManus of Deerfield, Illinois, who passed away on August 13, 2023 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard and Marie; and his siblings, Bishop William E. McManus, Robert McManus and Mary McManus.
He is survived by: his wife Rosemary; his children, Martin (Mary), Anne-Marie Leone (Stefano) and Mari-Rose Lange (Rob); his grandchildren, Joseph, John McManus, Andrea (Kelsey), Alessandro, Daniele Leone and Carter Lange; his great grandchild Liam Leone; his sisters-in-law, Mary Maroney (late James) and Kathleen Rice (Kevin); and his nieces, Margaret Greene (Michael), Eileen Janecki (John) and Moira Maroney.
