He was predeceased by: his wife Marcy Resnick; and his parents, Warren Lehman and Myrla Lehman (Rothschild). He is survived by: his children, Andrew Lehman (Marcia Bernsten), Terry Pirrong (Craig) and Gale Dusek (Tim); his stepchildren, Ilene Garber (Howard), Nate Resnick and Fred Resnick (Amy); his grandchildren, Elia Lehman, Renee (Morgan McCright), Genevieve Pirrong, Michael (Kristen Dickson) and Samantha Dusek (Dylan Stolhand); and his stepgrandchildren, Gabrielle R. Lyon Kronstadt, Madeline R. Novich, Max (Jenna), Alex and Jacob Resnick.
