He was predeceased by: his brothers, Marvin (Sherry) and Stuart Weinstein (Charlotte). He is survived by: his wife Betty Weinstein; his children, Mark Weinstein (Kathy) and Hope Shamberg (Jeff); his stepson Bill Sullivan (Katy); and his grandchildren, Brett, Danny, Jake, Becky, Ari, Maya and Kara.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society or Crohn's and Colitis Foundation.
