He was predeceased by: his parents, David Jacobson and Mina Jacobson (Zlotnik); and his sibling Lee. He is survived by: his nieces and nephews, Scott (Lili) and Stacey Jacobson; and his friends, Laurie, Maureen, Laura, Sandy and Angela.
