He is survived by: his wife Joyce Fogel; his children, Chuck Fogel, Allen Fogel (Elizabeth), Gail Pierce (Bruce) and Barb Anderson (Jeff); his siblings, Reva Lubelfeld (Manny) and Hershey; and his brother-in-law Mark Zolotar (Sheila).
