She was predeceased by: her husband Glen; her grandson Scott Ufkin; and her brother Douglas Chamberlain. She is survived by: her children, Kathy Ufkin (Steve) of Lyndon, IL, Michael Francis (Corrine) of Deer Grove, IL and Russell Francis (Kay) of Lyndon, IL; and her brother David Chamberlain (Susan) of The Villages, FL.. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; six great-grandchildren.

Memorials to Alzheimer's Association and American Diabetes Association have been established.
