It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wilma Regina Schiminski of Decatur, Illinois, who passed away on August 17, 2023, at the age of 100, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Edwin Arnold and Lucille Perry Arnold; her husband Bill; her parents-in-law, John and Mary Schiminski; her brother Dale; her siblings-in-law, Donna Arnold, Dorothy Hill (Albert), Janette Johnson (Richard) and Jack Schiminski (Phyllis); and her nephew Richard Johnson.

She is survived by: her granddaughter Lynne; her niece Diane Arnold; her children, Bill Schiminski (Jackie) of Decatur and Lynne Carver (John) of Kearney, MO; and her grandchildren, Julie Auton (JR), Jill Friesner (Eric), Jennifer Hendricks (Charley), Sarah Minor (Andy), Elizabeth Conley (Robert), Matthew Carver (Danielle) and Brian Polley (Autumn). She is also survived by 18 great grandchildren and 4 great-great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.

Memorials may be directed to Grace Methodist Church.
