She was predeceased by: her parents, Johnnie Patrick Whitehead and Lula Frances Whitehead (Turner); and her siblings, Luther, Thurman, Mary and Ruth Whitehead.
She is survived by: her husband Dan Malcom Hursh; her children, Patrick Hursh of Decatur, IL., Paula Claudine Yocom (Robert David) of Decatur, IL and Diana Beth Whiteside; her grandchildren, Samantha Shendel, Robert Whiteside and Michelle Tobyansen; and her great grandchildren, Caleb Tobyansen, Carly Tobyansen and Izabelle Whiteside. She is also survived by her family, her friends, her neighbors.
