He is survived by: his wife Sharon Wells; and his children, Janet Green of Decatur, IL, Angela Green of Decatur, IL, Patricia Green Chaz Forrest of Decatur, IL and Eric Green of Decatur, IL. He is also survived by 5 sisters; and many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
