He is survived by: his wife Janet Perry of Decatur, IL; his son Kevin Perry (Natalie) of Bloomington, IL; his sisters, Teresa Milburn of Portland, OR, Betsy Matters of Minneapolis, MN, Chris Perry of Washington, IN and Corrine McClanahan (Mike) of Cottonwood, AZ; and his grandchildren, Landon Perry of Bloomington, IL and Everleigh Perry of Bloomington, IL. He is also survived by many extended family and friends.
