He was predeceased by: his parents, Willam A. Fear and Lola Fear Sr. (McCauley); his wife Patrica A. Cast of Decatur; and his brother Gary Fear. He is survived by: his daughters, Rene Fear of Decatur and Tamara Hinds of Olathe; his siblings, Mark Fear (Peggy) of Decatur and Carol Loy (Richard) of Mt. Zion; and his grandchildren, McKenzie Murtagh (Cian) of Delray Beach, FL and Zachary Hinds of Olathe, KS..
Visitation will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Calvert & Wikoff Funeral Home (105 W Main St, Mt Zion, IL 62549). A memorial service will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Memorial may be made in Bill's memory to Moundford Free Methodist Church.
