It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William D. Tuttle of Decatur, Illinois, who passed away on July 27, 2021, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles M. Tuttle and Norma R. Tuttle (Stevens); his siblings, Steven Tuttle, Judith Kramer and Karen Tuttle; and his son William R. Tuttle.

He is survived by: his wife Darla Blakeman; his children, Joseph D. Tuttle (Jennifer), Matthew T. Tuttle (Sonja) and Christine A. Fort (Joseph); and his grandchildren, Craig, Brandon, Maegan, Noah and Alex.
