He was predeceased by: his parents, Willard A and Ruth Rucker Sr. (Nelson); and his siblings, Delmar and Donna. He is survived by: his wife Dixie Page of Long Creek; his children, Jeremy Rucker of Long Creek and Dixie Lee Rucker of Long Creek; his granddaughter Audrey Rucker of Long Creek; his stepgranddaughter Corinna Lindsay of Bismarck, Missouri; and his sister Grace Floyd (Steve) of Decatur.
Memorials may be made in Willards honor to the American Cancer Society.
