He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Albert and Erma Forest Newman (McFadden); his brother Verlin Newman; and his grandson Nathan Newman. He is survived by: his wife Betty Jo; his children, Duane Newman (Sharen) of Lake Ann, MI, Dennis Newman (Marla) of Bloomington, IL and Dean Newman (Carol) of Kansas, MO; and his grandchildren, Stephanie Sunday, Bradley Newman, Ryan Newman, Aaron Newman, Philip Newman and Katherine Oliver.
