Troy Allen Kinney Obituary

Troy was born on January 13th, 1969 in Decatur, Illinois. He passed from this life on December 19th, 2023. Troy enjoyed the outdoors and loved to fish. He had many different hobbies and interests throughout his life, and pursued each of them with robust enthusiasm.
Troy was proceeded in death by his Father, James R. Kinney. Troy leaves behind; His wife; Leslie Kinney, son; Cory Kinney, grandsons; Carson and Jamison, Mother; Beverly Kinney, sister; Brenda (Steve) Craven, brother; Tim (TJ) Kinney, and a host of other family members and friends. No public formal services will be held. The family will host a memorial open house potluck on Jan 20th from 12:00-3:00 at the Park City community building. (3200 Delta Ave., Decatur, IL., just off Pershing Rd.) Come eat and share memories of Troy. All family and friends are welcome. Sandwiches and drinks will be provided. Bring a side dish or snacks to share if you wish.
