He is survived by: his mother Joanne Velchek (Bokash); his children, Natasha Brown (Jeremy) and Nikolas Velchek of Decatur; his stepmother Gene Velchek (Dina) of Decatur; and his siblings, Jonathan Velchek (Megan) of Mahomet, Caprice Turano (Tim) of Decatur, Stephanie McCaslin (Mike) of Decatur, Madison Velchek (McKenna) of Decatur, Makenzee Velchek of Decatur and Martin Velchek of Decatur. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren, 1 niece, 3 nephews, other relatives and friends.
