“Clark I'm so very sorry for your loss. I am so glad I got the chance to meet you and your father. You are an amazing son!!! Your giving of yourself and your time to your dad will not be forgotten by myself. I will always remember my "sweet" eater : ) He sure loved his chocolate!!! I am glad you guys came to see me once a month. It always brightened my day. He put a smile on my face and my heart. I'm also grateful that I could come to see you both when he was no longer able to get out any longer. Your selfless acts of kindness shown upon your father did not go unnoticed. I believe that he too knew of all the sacrifices you went through to provide everything you did for him. He might not of told you how much he appreciated you but I really feel he did. Take the things that make you smile and laugh, remember them especially when the grief seems so overwhelming. They will help get you through it. If there is anything that I can do for you please don't hesitate to let me know. I will truly miss my monthly meetings with your dad. He was sure a bright spot in my life.”
