With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Thomas P. Stowell of Decatur, Illinois, born in Quincy, Illinois, who passed away on June 19, 2021 at the age of 70. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Francis and Mildred Mabel Stowell (Werner); and his brother Arthur Francis Stowell. He is survived by: his daughters, Victoria McNeely (Nicholas) of Decatur and Katherine Stowell (Sean Kelly) of Madison, WI; his granddaughter Lucille McNeely; and also Sophie Schwalbach.
