It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thelma Blackburn (Decatur, Illinois), who passed away on May 11, 2018, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Frank and Ruth Mae Frazee (Ehrhart); her husband Robert Heiland; her brother Joseph Frazee; and her great grandchild Levi Page.
She is survived by: her husband Benjamin; her stepchildren, LeeAnn Krigbaum (Dan) of Westminster, CO and Brian Blackburn (Amy) of Decatur; her granddaughter JoBeth Page (Zach) of Decatur; her stepgrandchildren, John Krigbaum (Taryn), Tim Krigbaum (Rachel), David Krigbaum, Charlie Blackburn and Jake Blackburn; her great grandchildren, Brennan Page and Hudson Page; her stepgreat-grandchildren, John Bradley and Leah Krigbaum; and her sister Sarah Ann Thompson of Decatur. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in Thelma's honor may be made to First Lutheran Church or Scovill Zoo.
