Watkins of Decatur, Illinois, born in Lincoln, Illinois, who passed away on August 4, 2020, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles William and Stella Mae Keller (Roberts); her husband Lawrence E. Watkins; and her son Eddie Watkins. She is survived by: her children, Lori Brassard (Ed) of Peoria, Dale Leftwich and Anthony Watkins of Decatur; and her brothers, Larry Keller of Decatur and Robert Watkins (Lois) of Decatur. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
