Allen Spates and Argila Hurn; his sons, Tyrone Steven Hurn Jr. and Tyler Steven Hurn; his wife Deidra Robinson; his daughter Natasha Guise; his granddaughter Nariah Day Reynolds; and his siblings, Vernita Hurn Watts Parr (Mark), Gary L. Hurn, David Andrew Hurn and Wayne Hurn of Decatur, Illinois.. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
