He is survived by: his wife Donna Cheryle Leslie; his children, Eric Fisher of Virginia, Aaron James Fisher of Geneva, IL, Adam Fisher (Amanda) of Decatur, Chad Chambers (Shannon) of Corpus, Juston Clark of Macon, IL, Jill Tracey (Jeremy) of Omaha, NE, Autumn Mitchell (Matthew), Cupp of Decatur, IL and Ali Fisher of Decatur, IL; and his siblings, Keith Fisher (Linda) of Lake and Vicki Urban (Connie). He is also survived by ten grandchildren; one great-grandchild.

Per Stephen's request, memorials may be directed to Donald J. Trump President, Inc C/O Trump Tower 725 5th Avenue New York, NY 10022.
