She was predeceased by: her spouse Gene A. Telfer; her daughter Tonya Telfer; and her sister Avis Grizzle. She is survived by: her children, Terry Telfer of Mililani, HI and Trenda Rowland of Decatur, IL; her grandchildren, Blake Rowland (Carissa) of Decatur, IL, Brock Rowland (Veronika) of Decatur, IL and Blaze Rowland (Rylee) of Decatur, IL; her great grandchildren, Valerian and Forrest; and her niece Debbie Trotter.
Visitation will be held on Monday, December 23rd 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Graceland Fairlawn Funeral Home (2091 N Oakland Ave, Decatur, IL 62526). A funeral service will be held on Monday, December 23rd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, December 23rd 2024 at the Graceland Cemetery (2091 N Oakland Ave, Decatur, IL 62526).
