It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Sharon Shull of Decatur, Illinois, who passed away on March 30, 2025, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Denzil Nixon and Letha Nixon (Bierman); and her daughter Amy. She is survived by: her children, Donna Elliott of DeSoto, MO, Cheryl Agee of Decatur, IL, George T Shull Jr. of Jerseyville, IL and Keith Brandon (Sandy) of Granite City, IL; and her siblings, Bob Nixon (Joanne) of Oreana, IL, Phillip Nixon (Doris) of Burnsville, NC and Denise Hoft (Eric) of Columbia, SC. She is also survived by fourteen grandchildren, sixteen great grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, April 4th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Calvert & Wikoff Funeral Home (105 W Main St, Mt Zion, IL 62549). A graveside service was held on Friday, April 4th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Mount Zion Township Cemetery (725 Woodland Dr, Mt Zion, IL 62549).
