She was predeceased by: her parents, Helen A. Farney (Underfanger) and James W. Farney; her husband Henry Nolte; and her brother Jim Farney. She is survived by: her close friends, Rochelle and Russ Hood of Decatur; her sister-in-law Judy Farney of Urbana; her stepchildren, Robert Nolte of Germany and Janet Nolte-Davis of Texas; and her nieces and nephews, John Farney of St. Joseph, Nick Farney of Philo, Jessica Heitner of Joliet and Stacy Keller of Florissant.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, April 30th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Moran & Goebel Funeral Home (2801 N Monroe St, Decatur, IL 62526). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, April 30th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Wednesday, April 30th 2025 at the Calvary Cemetery (2001 N 1st St, Springfield, IL 62702).
Memorials may be made to the Humane Society of Decatur and Macon County.
