We are sad to announce that on March 12, 2020, at the age of 82, Sarah Ann Ballinger (Decatur, Illinois) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Elam and Cecilia Elam (Laux); her husband William Ballinger; and her sister Aileen Crowe. She is survived by: her children, Lee Ballinger of Decatur, Les Ballinger of Urbana, Billeann Wood of Decatur and Lisa Gheen (Randy) of Peoria; and her sister Janet Alexander of Monticello.
