She was predeceased by: her mother Alberta Bertha Behymer; her husband Clyde Edward Winters; and her daughters, Kelly Hall and Sara Strater. She is survived by: her daughter Lisa Winters; her grandchildren, Emily Manzella-Blanck (Scott), Rachael Richardson, Caleb Hall and Emma Hall; her great grandchildren, Lilly Manzella, Sofia Manzella and Mason Blanck; and her brother Charles A. Barnell.
