He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas L Belcher and Kathryn L. Belcher (Walton). He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Y. Hagmann of Decatur; his sons, Bradley J. Belcher (Amy) of Nerstrand, MN and Jamie L. Belcher of Decatur; his granddaughters, Sierra K. Belcher of Minnesota, Sydney T. Belcher of Minnesota and Sophia G. Belcher of Minnesota; and his siblings, Sharon Spinner (Gary) of Mt. Zion, Allen Belcher (Colleen) and Randy Belcher (Kim Finney) of Decatur.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials may be made to the Macon County Honor Guard or the Land of Lincoln Honor Flight.
