He was predeceased by: his parents, John Foy and Eleanor Foy (Fleming); and his siblings, Michael Foy and Patty Foy Julien. He is survived by: his wife Carol Hiser of Decatur; and his siblings, John Foy (Betty) of North Carolina, Tom Foy (Pearl) of Arizona and Luci Boles of Decatur. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
