It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Weller (Decatur, Illinois), born in Hillsboro, Illinois, who passed away on August 9, 2020, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Weller and Elaine Weller (Rogers); and his brother Roger. He is survived by: his siblings, Candy Sims (Fred) of Witt, Randy Weller (Kathy Daniels) of Hillsboro and Russ (Lori Mangold) of Edinburg.
