He is survived by: his parents, Richard Powers and Virginia Powers; his grandparents, Jack Powers and Jill Powers; his wife Liz; his children, Richard P. Jr. (Paige), Jeffrey S. (Lori) and Todd A.; and his grandchildren, Jordan, Payton, Henry and Vivian.
Memorial donations should be directed to the Macon County Animal Shelter.
