He is survived by: his daughter Amy Koslofski; his stepson Matt Nailer; his stepgrandchildren, Grant Nailer and Leslie Nailer; his sisters, Joan Gerhardt (Dean) and Ellen Storck (Keith); his nephews, Doug Gerhardt (Krista), David Gerhardt (Ann Marie) and Jared Storck (Ann); and his niece Kara Hocker (Doug).
