He is survived by: his wife Loretta Vogel; his children, Richard Hines Jr. (Stephanie) of Decatur, Levron Hines (Letrice) of Decatur, Torran Hines, Richina Hines of Decatur, Raven Hines of Murphysboro, TN, Rachelle Hines of Decatur and Jacob Vogel (Kaitlin) of Brazil, IN; his siblings, Gloria Ann Jameson, Audrey Marie Bond, Charles Michael Hines and Wayne Gregory Hines; his aunt Sara Cowans; and his nephew Scottie Hill. He is also survived by grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
