We are sad to announce that on March 22, 2025 we had to say goodbye to Rebecca Sue Tozer of Decatur, Illinois. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
As we bid adieu to Rebecca's earthly form, let us not dwell on the void left in her wake, but rather celebrate the legacy of love and inspiration Rebecca has bequeathed us. For though she may have departed from our sight, her spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding loved ones through the labyrinth of life's journey.
She was predeceased by: her grandson Dylan Ratliff. She is survived by: her husband Mark Tozer; her children, Amy, Ryan and Josh; and her siblings, Tommy (Barb), Judy (Dick) and Donna (Phil). She is also survived by eight grandchildren, and seven great grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, May 4th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Dav Club (1700 N Lake Shore Dr, Decatur, IL 62526).
