He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Hagen and Helen Hagen (Robertson); his sister Sue; and his sister-in-law Aggie. He is survived by: his wife Sharon O'Donnell; his children, Dena Hagen of Decatur and Adam Hagen of Decatur; his siblings, Wendy White of Evansville, William Hagen (Bonnie) of Kentucky and Sherry Myers of Phoenix, Arizona; his grandchildren, Krista, Jaret, Gage and Jayde; his great grandchildren, Callie and Braxton; his pet Jack; his nephew Greg; and his uncle Phil. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
