We are sad to announce that on June 9, 2023, at the age of 67, Phil Phillips of Decatur, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude T. Phillips and Doradean Phillips (Dick); his siblings, Sondra Jean Phillips, Thomas Edwin Phillips, Wayne Thomas Phillips, Charlie Porter and Clarence Porter; and his granddaughter Christianna Cornwell.

He is survived by: his children, Steve Phillips of Wilmington, NC, Jason Hudson of West Monroe, LA, Tracy Coleman (Alan) of El Paso, IL, Staycie Phillips (Jeffrie) of Sacramento, CA, David Cornwell (Heather) of Sullivan, IL, Jonathan Marshall of Sunnyvale, CA and Michael Phillips of Cocoa, FL; and his siblings, Claude Dean Phillips of Bement and Angela Jean Gocking of Springfield, TN.. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren.

Memorials may be made to an organization of the Mackey-Wright Funeral Home.
