Lee; his children, Kathy, Pamela, Carol, Chuck, David, Paul "Ted" Hohenstein (Lisa) of Castle Rock, CO, Teresa Bula (Steve) of Decatur, Terry Kapper of Decatur, Barbara Maske (William) of Mt and Tina Musson (Daryl) of Macon, IL; his niece Cheryl McIntire (Kaylor); his nephew Michael Kaylor; his grandchildren, Brittany Woodrum (Rob), Bethany Hohenstein, Zachary Hohenstein, Traci Bula, Tori Bula, Nicholas Kapper (Masako), Ashlea Bradshaw (Mark), Alison Knapik (David), Austin Maske (Elizabeth), Audrey Maske, Hannah Musson and Haley Myer (Ethan); his great grandchildren, Eva Meg, Asa, Jude, Levi, Luke Bradshaw, Nicola Kapper, Lincoln Woodrum, Elliot Knapik and Oliver Knapik; and his brother Glenn Hohenstein (Joan) of Tucson, AZ. He is also survived by his parents, five brothers, six sisters.
