He was predeceased by: his daughter Jennifer (Jenny); his former wife Mindy Jo; his brother Dave; and his father Dr. Joseph Velek. He is survived by: his sons, Paul Jr. of Mechanicsburg, PA and Phillip of Lynchburg, VA.; his mother Milli of Decatur, IL; and his brother Tom of Columbus, MS.
Memorial donations can be made to the American Parkinson Disease Association, in recognition of a disease his mother fights each day.
