She was predeceased by: her husband William Stevens; her parents, Pansy White (Wiseley) and John Spencer; her siblings, John Spencer (Mildred), Don Spencer and Janet Anderson; her half-brother Carl Spencer; and her granddaughter Sarah Jones.
She is survived by: her children, Michael Goetz of Charleston, IL, Donald Goetz (Gwynne) of Springfield, IL, Rhonda Goetz of Valley Park, MO and Marilyn Jones (Kenny) of Humboldt, IL; her half-brother Rick Spencer (Janet); and her stepsister Pam Howell (Jack). She is also survived by six grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
