We are sad to announce that on October 16, 2018, at the age of 74, Nancy Lynn Skelton (Decatur, Illinois) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lonnie Toberman and Rolina Toberman (Ragsdale); and her sister Jane Albert (Toberman). She is survived by: her son Richard L. Wilber of Cape Coral, FL; her granddaughters, Torey A. Wilber of Cape Coral, FL and Haylee L. Kupfer (Mason) of Fort Myers, FL; her niece Tammi McCasland (Albert) of Arizona; and her nephews, Tracy Albert and Ricky Albert.
