It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Nancy Karen Barding (Decatur, Illinois), born in Paducah, Kentucky, who passed away on May 13, 2020, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Robert Boaz; her brother Keith; and her niece Gretchen. She is survived by: her mother Peggy Boaz (Miller); her husband Dave Barding; her children, Melissa Mixell (Merle) and Brad Barding (Kim); her grandsons, Sam of Decatur and Bodhi Mixell of Decatur; her siblings, Kevin Boaz (Sally) of St. Charles, MO, Keely Peters (Cary) and Kent Boaz; and her siblings-in-law, Debbie Boaz and Doug Barding (Holly) of Decatur. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren and the children of friends.

In lieu of flowers, Karen has requested for all she knew to spend quality time with their loved ones. Any monetary donations please make to Catholic Charities.
