Pedigo of Decatur, Illinois, born in Licking, Missouri, who passed away on November 1, 2021, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Gilbert Dowell and Grace Dowell (McConnell); and her sister Linda. She is survived by: her children, Chuck Stewart (Deborah) of Mattoon, Veronica Pedigo of Decatur, Chris Pedigo (Danielle) of Decatur and Cindy Pedigo of Decatur; and her brothers, Byron Dowell (Jonnie) of Beaumont, TX and Raymond Dowell of Mattoon. She is also survived by five grandchildren.
