She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Wesley and Emillia Lucille Lugar (Glebe); and her sister Virginia Lou. She is survived by: her husband Charles Clay Crouch, Jr.; her son Kevin of Decatur; her siblings, Cecil Lugar (Pat) of Decatur and Mary Verna Smith of Decatur; and also Kevin. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and extended family.
