With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mildred Louise Gandy of Decatur, Illinois, who passed away on February 23, 2024 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Edgar Culp and Dora Culp (Moreland); her son Jerry Brennan; and her siblings, Bob Chepan, Bill Chepan and Deloris Burdine.

She is survived by: her husband Wendell Gandy of Decatur; and her children, Ted Gandy (Debra) of Decatur, William Gandy of Decatur, Theresa Stephan (Norman) of Sundance and Sharron Hudson (Michael) of Decatur. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
