He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Clark and Ernestyne Clark. He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Lanum Clark; his children, Jeff Clark (Jessica), Will Clark, Timothy Patrick (Cristy), Jennifer Tomer (Bob) and Angela Cleary (John); and his pet Max. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren.
