He is survived by: his parents, Patricia Hise of Forsyth and Richard Hise (Helen) of Bella Vista, AR; and his siblings, Cary Hise (Kristen) of Decatur, Robert Hise (Jennifer) of Chandler, AZ and Susan Kershner (Brent) of Forsyth. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
