She is survived by: her children, Terry Lynn Buetzow (Carl) of Peoria, AZ, Kathy Connolly of Humble, TX, Gary Dean Lewis, Larry Gene Lewis and Jerry Lee Lewis (Denise) of Glendale, AZ; and her siblings, Norman Jargon (Bud) of Decatur, IL and Joyce Childress of Bethany, IL. She is also survived by 15 Grandchildren, 19 Great Grandchildren, and 1 Great- Great Grandson.
