It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Dianne Ford (Decatur, Illinois), who passed away on February 25, 2019, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parent Isabelle Perry (McCormick); her children, Amy Themer of Bloominton and Jason Themer of Tacoma, Washington; her siblings, Teresa Milburn (Frank) of Seattle, Betsy Matters of Minneapolis, Chris Perry of Washington, Corrine McClanahan (Mike) of Cottonwood, Arizona and Joe Perry (Janet) of Decatur; her granddaughters, Kayla Monik (Anthony) of Thornton, Kenna Themer of Bourbonnais and Kassie Themer of Port Orchard, Washington; her great grandchild Lucian Monik; her father Donald; and her sister Anne Marie. She was also cherished by nieces and nephews and a large group of cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Decatur and Macon County Animal Shelter Foundation.
